DDMC : Coca-Cola Enterprises Benelux Meeting

For the first time Coca-Cola gathered their complete staff for this CCE Benelux meeting in the Ethias Arena in Hasselt, Belgium.

For this event Alex Cautaerts of DDMC had to design an environment where the 3200 participants would feel the well-known Coca-Cola team-spirit. He also had to create the facilities to show strong messages with graphic- and video-content and impressive animations who support the different brand messages and strategies.

Alex came up with an impressive arena set-up that perfectly met all these expectations.

DDMC assigned Blue Square to deal with the technical engineering and to take care of the rigging, trussing, lights and sound during the event. Blue Square also took care of the construction of the massive double sided video-screen of 30 x 7.5 m.
